We have coaches who specialize in certain areas of movement, including: Sports Performance, Russian Kettlebells, Obstacle Course/Mud Run Training, TRX, Strongman, Corrective Exercises/Pain Management, Fat Burning Boot Camps, Personal Training and more…If you want to move better, perform better or simply lose weight, we are the facility for you! We are the ONLY facility in the area with this collection of high level certifications:

- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists, CSCS (three)
- StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructors, SFG (two)
- Functional Movement Specialists, FMS I & II (two)
- Certified Spartan Group X (SGX) Obstacle Course Racing Coach
- United States Track and Field Coach Level 1 and Level 2
- Sports Massage Therapist on site

Our trainers who are also coaches at the college, high school and youth level in sports such as football, track (throwers), LAX, soccer and basketball. With extensive experience with other sports such as tennis, baseball, BMX, mountain biking, swimmers, triathletes, marathoners and more…

❗ Governor Dan McKee has declared a state of emergency.

All commercial vehicles are banned from Rhode Island roads as of 5:00 p.m. today. 🚫 🚛

All vehicles except emergency vehicles are banned as of 7:00 p.m. 🚫 🚗

Both the commercial and vehicle travel bans are in effect until further notice.

These restrictions have been coordinated with our neighboring states.
