In January, Kyle decided enough was enough.
He was 272 lbs and made a promise to himself to change — and he’s kept that promise every single week.

Eleven months later he’s down to 215 lbs, stronger, healthier, and more confident… not because of some extreme routine, but because he showed up 4–5 days a week, lifted, stayed consistent, and kept his diet in check.

We’re incredibly grateful he chose us as the place to make that change. Watching this transformation happen inside our walls has been nothing short of inspiring.

History of Westerly Fitness

Westerly Fitness is not your ordinary gym. We provide an outstanding experience from start to finish focused on providing you with everything you need to reach your goals. We believe fitness should be fun and hassle free. Come down and experience the difference.

Westerly Fitness was opened by Dion Luzzi in October of 2012 and quickly became the gym to join. In September of 2013 SBV Supplements creator, Michael Volpe, purchased Westerly Fitness and began making amazing changes.

PHASE 1. Fall 2013


  • Changes took place by immediately increasing group classes and expanding upon the types of classes offered.
