They fail because they can’t stay consistent.

Meet Hannah.

Almost six years ago, Hannah was 256 lbs—exhausted, in pain, and stuck in habits she didn’t yet know how to break. Fitness wasn’t part of her world. This was her normal.

Then life hit hard. After losing someone close to her, Hannah reached rock bottom—and made a decision that changed everything.

She started small.
She picked up some weights.
She showed up—again and again.

Over time, she rebuilt herself from the inside out.

Today, Hannah lifts heavy, stays active, and is stronger than she ever imagined—physically and mentally. This isn’t just a weight loss story. It’s a story about resilience, consistency, and choosing to keep going when it would’ve been easier not to.

We’re incredibly proud to be part of Hannah’s journey and grateful she chose to share it with our community. Stories like hers are exactly why we do what we do.

History of Westerly Fitness

Westerly Fitness is not your ordinary gym. We provide an outstanding experience from start to finish focused on providing you with everything you need to reach your goals. We believe fitness should be fun and hassle free. Come down and experience the difference.

Westerly Fitness was opened by Dion Luzzi in October of 2012 and quickly became the gym to join. In September of 2013 SBV Supplements creator, Michael Volpe, purchased Westerly Fitness and began making amazing changes.

PHASE 1. Fall 2013


  • Changes took place by immediately increasing group classes and expanding upon the types of classes offered.
