🎄 A New Chapter for Christmas on the Square 🎄
For years, a longstanding and local Johnstown family has been the heart of Johnstown’s beloved Christmas celebration, leading everything from the large tree installation to tree lighting ceremony, to vendor & food truck coordination, to concerts in the Historic Opera House. In 2025, they’re taking a well-deserved break to enjoy the season, but the tradition continues with a fresh twist.
The Johnstown Chamber of Commerce remains at the helm, enhancing Historic Main Street with support from generous sponsors—Huntington, Intel, The New Albany Company, M&N Lighting, and Needle & Pine Tree Co. This year, we have continued to light up Main Street., and businesses along Main Street will receive donated mini-Christmas trees, and a small but mighty live tree will grace the gazebo.
The community, and guests of are encouraged to shop locally and enjoy festivities before, during, and after the CCL Christmas Parade starting promptly at 5:30 PM at Johnstown Monroe High School Campus, running along South Main St. and ending at Maple & North Main St.- the highlight of the evening.
