COMING IN JANUARY!

Hey athletes (and parents of athletes!)

We are partnering with Steph DuBois of Aligned Athlete Co., and launching a Yoga for Youth Athletes series designed just for ages 12–18 who love to move, train, and compete.

This class helps athletes strengthen their inner and outer game through:

*Targeted yoga to build mobility, balance, and injury-resistant strength

*Breathwork to improve focus, manage nerves, and recover faster

*Guided meditation to boost confidence, resilience, and mental clarity

Whether they’re on the field, court, track, or stage, this series supports:

*Better body awareness and alignment

*Faster recovery between practices and games

*Tools to handle pressure, big moments, and tough losses

*A calmer, more confident mindset—on and off the playing surface

📅 Wednesdays - January 7th - February 4th, 2026
🕛 6:00pm - 6:45pm
👟 Who it’s for: Youth athletes ages 12–18, all sports and experience levels welcome

Drop your kiddo off for 2 hours of fun yoga poses, games, winter cheer, and crafting. Kids will make & take home a crystal suncatcher to keep or gift this holiday season.

Snacks & hot chocolate also provided
Ages 7-11 recommended

Since most children do not have an account with us, please book under your name.

Dress in comfy, athletic layers
Bring a water bottle
No yoga mat? No problem! Yoga mats will be provided for kiddos that do not bring their own

Kind Hearts & Calm Minds: Practicing Yoga for World Kindness Day

As we celebrate World Kindness Day we remind each other that today is a time to slow down, open your heart, and share compassion with yourself and others.

Through gentle movement, breath, and mindfulness, Yoga can cultivate kindness from the inside out — reminding ourselves that even small acts of care can create big ripples of good in the world.

HELP SUPPORT OUR NEIGHBORS IN NEED

SNAP benefits are temporarily on hold, leaving many families in our community without essential food support.

We’re partnering with WARM (Westerville Area Resource Ministry) to collect donations of non-perishable food items.

Together, we can help ensure no one in Westerville goes hungry.

Drop donations off at the studio in designated boxes starting today!

Peanut Butter

Rice
Canned veggies and fruit
Canned beans
Self-stable juice

Spooky Flow Yoga!

It’s time to roll out your mat for a "fang-tastic" Halloween-themed Vinyasa class! We’ll flow to a spooky playlist, mix in a few yoga “tricks,” and end with some sweet treats.

Costumes welcome! Whether you’re a ghost in child’s pose or a cat in cow pose, come dressed to boo and move!

Expect glowing candle light, eerie beats, giggles, and maybe a little candy magic at the end.
