We offer individualized weight-loss counseling, chronic disease management (diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.) personalized nutrition goals, realistic exercise plans, and an emphasis on lifestyle changes. Let us partner with you to provide structure, accountability, inspiration and knowledge. Our registered dietitians are here to help you learn, grow, and make behavior changes beyond what you could accomplish alone. Just the addition of breakfast can have the biggest impact on energy and portion control for the rest of the day!

Just be sure to have a balance to your breakfast - carbohydrates, protein and a little fat. Or to simplify: fruit, protein (nut butters, nuts, eggs, cheese or leftovers from dinner) and a (whole) grain.
