When we see a shortcoming within the industry, we address it and dedicate our own resources to fixing the core issue. This is why we developed Right Track, a user-friendly asset management system designed to give you a 24/7 transparent look at not just where your infusion pump is now, but where else it has been. When we see a problem, we fix it – that’s just the right way of doing business.

🎁 Over the weekend, we celebrated our company Christmas party at Jeff Ruby’s Steakhouse!

We work hard and play hard—literally. From dice games like Left Center Right (LCR) to competing for the best impersonation of Josh, the fun never stopped. The night was unfiltered, a little chaotic, and full of memories we’ll be talking about well into 2026. It was the perfect way to close out another successful year and celebrate the incredible team who made it all possible.

We couldn’t be prouder of the culture we’ve built and are so excited for what’s ahead!

Meet Kevin Parrish!

Kevin began his career with us in 2021 as a Warehouse Associate and, through his dedication and leadership, advanced into his current position as Operations Manager in 2024.

Today, he oversees all of our distribution centers, coordinating fulfillment plans, collaborating across departments, and leading long-term initiatives that improve operational efficiency across the organization.

From being a new dad to competing at the world championship level, this Purdue alum knows how to balance commitment and drive.

🎉Pennsylvania, Here We Come!

We’re excited to share that our sixth Right Way Medical Distribution Center will be opening in Pennsylvania, strengthening our nationwide presence.

The new facility will be fully equipped for biomedical services and the distribution of infusion pumps and disposable supplies, matching the capabilities of our OH, IL, GA, TX, and AZ locations.

Customers in our Northeast territory will receive updated shipping instructions soon.
