Our in-house technicians are second to none in the nation and remain fully dedicated to the integrity of your medical devices. When we see a shortcoming within the industry, we address it and dedicate our own resources to fixing the core issue. This is why we developed Right Track, a user-friendly asset management system designed to give you a 24/7 transparent look at not just where your infusion pump is now, but where else it has been. When we see a problem, we fix it – that’s just the right way of doing business.

Last week, our Westerville office came together for a Thanksgiving potluck filled with laughter, delicious dishes, and plenty of holiday cheer. We were especially thrilled to have some special guests join us, making the day even more memorable.

🎉Please join us in celebrating Lindsay Paolina and Matthew Burns on their well-deserved promotions to director roles.

Lindsay Paolina, our very first Account Manager back in 2015, has grown our national presence in the infusion industry in remarkable ways. She’s now stepping into the role of Director of National Accounts.

Matthew Burns, who joined in 2017, has strengthened customer relationships and led our sales team with dedication. He’s now Director of National Sales, continuing to inspire and grow our team nationwide.

We couldn’t be prouder of these two incredible leaders! 👏

We’re happy to cheer for Dan as he celebrates 10 years with Right Way Medical! Since day one, he has led our Biomedical Department with skill and dedication, staying hands-on with equipment and supporting his team every step of the way.
