Our Story
Victoria has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, making adaptations to suit her size and ability. She realizes that some people may be hesitant to practice yoga due to their size, weight, ability, age or lack of flexibility. This is why Victoria developed “Yoga for EVERY Body”: everyone should be able to enjoy the benefits of yoga. She has taught yoga for more than fifteen years, gently guiding people towards greater flexibility, balance and a relaxed meditative state. Every class begins and ends with breath work, then transitions to gentle stretching combined with yoga poses. Victoria realizes the benefit of meditation and relaxation, so she will soothe you through a 20 minute guided meditation to culminate your yoga experience. Victoria knows you will enjoy this unique journey: your first class is free!
