I began my journey with Reiki through yoga teacher training and immediately knew the first time I offered reiki to a student during Savasana that this was the path chosen for me.

Hey, guess what? I got a chance to dust off this shot today from 2015 to share with my dear friend, Di who has asked me to provide a short yoga sequence before the Strength In Colors 5k on 7/25!

It’s certainly been a minute since I’ve led anyone in a yoga practice, but for this impactful cause and this incredible lady.. I’m in! 💙🦋

Looking for ways to balance the root chakra? Some options include visualization techniques such as tree roots or a tether cord from the base of the spine down through the Earth... or if you’re a nature lover like me, get outside for a walk, hike or run and invite a felt sense of your feet on the Earth as a powerful way to invite grounding. Extra credit if you hug a tree! 🌳❤️

I have a confession.. I have a legit addiction to Palo Santo. 🔥.

Burning it and cleansing my body with it every morning while my coffee or tea brews is part of my morning ritual. This 20 second mindful act of self love clears my mind, body and soul to be open to whatever lies ahead.
