1️⃣ The "Breath Check" 😮💨
Ask your therapist to coach your breathing in tight areas. Holding your breath = holding tension. Let’s work together to let it go.
2️⃣ Your Daily "Dos & Don'ts" 🏃♂️
Tell them what makes you feel better and what makes you flare up. If you don't tell them, they’re guessing. Help them take the guesswork out of your relief.
3️⃣ Your "No-Go" Zones & Favorites 🚫
Not a fan of scalp massage? Love extra pressure on your calves? Tell them! We’re body workers, not mind readers. This is your session—get exactly what you want.
