Growers has been out of the concord grapeseed oil and the single strength juice. Good News! Both are back in stock and on the site. Check it out and order some today. The 8 oz juices are great for a summer time treat, keep them cold in the fridge or on ice for those picnics.

I have been using the Concord grapeseed oil with our asparagus from the garden. I wash it well put on a cookie sheet drizzle the oil and season with minced garlic. Can also be done on the grill.

Growers Cooperative Grape Juice company will be at the Midwest Grape and Wine + Craft Brew Trade Show in St. Charles Missouri. Looking forward to manning our booth and presenting our Concord, Niagara and Catawba juices. The Trade Show is on Wednesday 2/5 and Thursday 2/5.

Just found another recipe to use with our Concord concentrate
at http://www.lifeinbatches.com/concord-grape-marshmallows/ -762. i am going to make these for the staff this week and will let you know how they turn out. If anyone is daring please try them and let us know what you think.

These light and fluffy concord grape marshmallows can easily be made in an hour and the rest is left to waiting. The fresh grape flavor is refreshing in this nostalgic treat.

Growers' Co-op's newest product just hit some of our stores. The Concord Fruit Stix, 6 in a box. Check out the local Farm Markets to get yours. Westfield Farmers Market will have them available every Saturday at Hathaway Farms booth. Soon coming to Wegmans, Erie and Jamestown,and Jamestown Jammers concession stand.

Yahoo!! Wegmans' in Jamestown, NY and the two stores in Erie, PA are now carrying our products. They will have a full line except for the pie and grapeseed oil. This is so exciting.
