✨Once you’re in the heart of challenge, adversity or what feels like failure, there is a way forward that elevates your experience.

1. ✨Acknowledge the emotion that goes along with adversity. Feel it, it’s valid and allow it to be heard.

2. ✨CHOOSE how you want to experience it. For example, I know that I feel as though I’ve failed, but all my power is in my perspective. I choose to know that adversity is inherent in life itself and I see the opportunity, the growth and the gift that is mine on the other side of it.

3. ✨Embrace GRATITUDE. 🙏🏻 This is hard, but I’m grateful for this challenge because every moment of pain brings me courage and wisdom and empowerment. It changes me in the best possible way and for this I am grateful.

We begin to experience love as an internal quality rather than something we need from another person.

It is liberating and empowering and it’s like taking a big sigh of relief. It’s like coming home.
