The fact that this misconception is still flying around is amazing but in case you need to hear it and read it, I am providing details and a LINK to the study again.
By not changing the QUALITY of your food and only limiting calories, you are most certainly spitting into the wind. If you want to make the journey easier and most effective, CHANGE the caliber of your food.
