Losing weight can be frustrating. Every year, we make resolutions... but do we follow through on our promises?
Instead of losing weight, we should focus on better health, and that's where getting a personal trainer can help! But how do you know which trainer is right for you?
Over the next few days, we'll share our tips for choosing the right personal trainer!
Tip #1 - Private Facility or Large Gym?
Do you prefer a true one on one relationship with your trainer without distractions? Maybe you're not comfortable exercising in front of a lot of people? If so, a private facility might be the best for you.
Would you rather exercise with a lot of people, diverse equipment (and more of it) and the ability to exercise on your own? If you answered yes to any of the above, a larger facility might be best for you.
One word of caution - larger gyms typically require long term contracts with cancellation fees. Also, if your trainer leaves, you'll be assigned to a different trainer and you probably won't be released from your contract if there aren't any other trainers you like.

While this advice varies in credibility, almost all of it lacks sustainability.
There are 168 hours in a week, subtracting all the necessary events (work, sleep, family time) youโre left with around 37 hours per week of free time.
Thatโs plenty of time to take care of yourself and get some quality exercise in!
The best part about our 1 on 1 and small group personal training sessions- theyโre JUST 30 minutes! Youโll be shocked by the kind of results you can achieve with just three 30 minute workouts a week.
Set up some time and let us show you how easy it can be!
