Please join us in welcoming Kathleen Bynum as the new Chief Executive Officer of Mountain Laurel Recovery Center!

Kathy brings nearly 30 years of experience in counseling and leadership within dual-diagnosis facilities. She joins us from French Creek Recovery Center, where she also served as CEO, and brings a deep commitment to compassionate, evidence-based care.

She’s a certified HeartMath trainer and has spent much of her career specializing in Neurolinguistic Psychology—helping people strengthen communication, resilience, and emotional awareness. Originally from Arizona, Kathy has traded the desert sun for Pennsylvania snow, settling in with her husband, daughter, and two dogs. We are thrilled to have her join our team!
