My foundation is built on a deep understanding of my values, and I strive to maintain balance and perspective in all aspects of my life. While I’m open to growth and new experiences, I stay firmly anchored in who I am. This balance has allowed me to cultivate resilience, make thoughtful decisions, and create lasting relationships with those who share the same appreciation for authenticity. In my spare time, you can find me enjoying the simple pleasures of life (usually barefoot with shorts and a tank)--whether that’s spending time with loved ones, engaging in activities that nourish my mind and body, or reflecting on how I can continue to grow while staying true to myself.
