I heard about this on the radio today and it made me smile.
CHALLENGE:
Practice doing one act of kindness everyday for one month.
Examples;
1️⃣ Donating money
2️⃣ Donating time
3️⃣ Helping someone put away a grocery cart
4️⃣ Leaving someone a kind note
Apparently, this actually trains your brain to look for the positive things around you leading to more permanent positive changes for you. ❤️
