This past weekend, Blair went to another lifting competition and won 1st!

🏆🥇With a 145 bench press, 310 squat, and a 325 deadlift, she not only won her division, but also set a State AND NATIONAL record with her squat, as well as her total weight being a state record!

We are all very proud of all of her hard work!💪🏻🏋🏻‍♀️

Pelvic floor therapy can be a great way to treat chronic constipation. If you’re struggling with constipation, you should also try adding more fiber, raw fruits and veggies, and water to your every day routine. But don’t stay silent, ask for help instead!

‼️November is Bladder Health Awareness Month and we want to talk about incontinence!

🚽🧻 Incontinence is a lack of bladder control that can result from a number of things, such as pregnancy, postpartum, weak pelvic floor muscles, hormonal changes, and more. Incontinence can greatly affect daily life, as people plan their day around bathroom access, wake up in the middle of the night to p*e, and worry about leaking during exercise.

🫶🏼 We often hear, “this might be TMI, but I p*e when I cough/sneeze,” and many have stopped doing the exercise that they love for fear of leaking. Between its effect on daily routine and the belief that talking about it is “TMI,” incontinence is linked to much higher rates of depression and mental health challenges.

❤️‍🩹If you notice leaking or incontinence affecting your daily life, seek help NOW! Don’t wait until it affects your mental health too. There is no such thing as TMI when it comes to pelvic floor health, and there is help!
