🏛️Our 5 Pillars of Healing🏛️
If you feel like your stretched thin, check in with yourself! All of these are NECESSITIES for your healing and life in general:
1) Have you gotten enough sleep? 😴
If you answered no, you need rest before you do anything else!
2) Have you had water? If no, go grab a water bottle and set reminders on your phone to take sips throughout the day!💧
3) Have you eaten enough? Make sure you’re giving your body the fuel it needs. Restricting food = restricting your healing 🍲
4) Are you stressed, anxious, mentally drained, or struggling? If yes, meet yourself with gentle understanding. It’s okay to struggle, but make sure you’re giving yourself what you need to feel better and getting plenty of rest, food, and water❤️🩹
5) Have you moved recently? If you haven’t eaten, had water, or slept, do those BEFORE you exercise, then go get some healthy, gentle movement in🧘🏼♀️
