Had a great time lecturing for on working with golfers in physical therapy ⛳️

We discussed golf-specific movement demands, common injury patterns across the swing, and how a performance-driven approach to rehab can improve outcomes for golfers at every level.

Much of the framework reflects the same principles we use every day at Active Pursuit Physical Therapy—assess movement, address key limitations, and build resilient, powerful athletes.

Always energizing to work with motivated PT students who are eager to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and performance.

Although I’m SFMA Level 1 certified already, getting the chance to revisit the course in a hands-on environment with instructor Anthony was incredibly valuable and enjoyable.

The in-person practice and real-time feedback helps refine my diagnostic skills and further strengthen the way I assess movement and treat musculoskeletal issues.

Always looking to grow so my patients can move and feel their best. Thankful for the guidance provides.

Get primed and ready to crush 25.2 with this mobility routine! Improve your movement, reduce injury risk, and hit those reps with efficiency.

✅ Lacrosse ball to lats – Loosen up tight lats for better overhead mobility.
✅ Thoracic spine extension – Improve posture and positioning for lifting.
✅ Hip openers with rotation – Unlock better squat depth and explosive power.
✅ Shoulder warm-up – Get those shoulders prepped for stability and endurance.
✅ Ankle mobility – Increase range for deeper, stronger movements.

🔥 Get Ready for CrossFit Open 25.1! 🔥

Proper warm-up = better performance + fewer injuries! 💪 Before you tackle 25.1, take a few minutes to prep your body with these key mobility and activation drills:

✅ Hip Flexor Stretch + Overhead Reach– Open up your hips and get your shoulders prepped for overhead movements. Key for lunges.
✅ Thoracic Spine Rotations– Improve mobility for a better overhead position. Key for DB cleans.
✅ Shoulder Activation Series– Wake up those stabilizers for better control and efficiency. Key for DB cleans and burpees.

Perform 8-10 reps of each movement for 1-2 rounds, focus on quality movement, and go crush 25.1! 🚀 Tag a friend who needs this warm-up!
