🎉 Welcoming Our Newest Volunteers! 🎉

We’re proud to share that 35 new volunteers recently completed our annual Patient & Family Volunteer Training! These graduates now join a dedicated group of more than 160 East End Hospice volunteers who provide compassionate support to patients in their homes and at the Kanas Center for Hospice Care.

To all our volunteers — past and present — thank you. Your commitment and compassion make an extraordinary difference. Together, you donate over 12,000 hours each year to the East End Hospice community. 💛

✨ Thank you to everyone who joined us last night for our Hope for the Holidays bereavement program at Westhampton Presbyterian Church.

Attendees learned meaningful coping strategies to help navigate the upcoming holiday season while grieving a loss. It was a truly beautiful evening filled with healing, hope, and connection. 💛

East End Hospice’s Lauren Wienclawski and Jackie Diedrich, RN were representing our team at the Stony Brook Southampton Hospital Center for Parkinson’s Disease “Care Partner Symposium” this past Saturday in Southampton.

Our NPs provide expert medical guidance, comfort, and reassurance to patients and families every step of the way. They listen deeply, lead with empathy, and ensure each person receives care that honors their dignity and wishes.

Each summer, Artists and Writers Charity Softball Game 🥎 brings together artists 🎨, writers 📝 & supporters 🤗 in Herrick Park for some family-friendly softball fun—while giving back to our community!

Yesterday, Artists & Writers hit one out of the park and donated $10,000 each to , Phoenix Houses of NY & LI, and the Eleanor Whitmore Early Childhood Center and East End Hospice 💗👏
