A Personal Note

I have been in the heath care arena for many years.."Patient teaching, healing and comfort is always a priority." Through the years, aside from being told by others, I felt, I had a blessed gift of healing energy that I wasnt able to explain nor understand. Through support of others, as I doubted this gift at many times, It has been put on my path to learn how take energy healing methods to another level. Having learned that I was a empath, I researched many different healing methods, learning about Eastern Philosophy and focused body work, which has a deeper level of healing, Its only intent is on treating you, the person as a whole entity." I am so greatful to be on this amazing Journey & path, and moreso for being able to bring comfort to you, and all those who step in to my healing space, from my abilities as a conduit for healing as a "highly intented Energy worker & healer, Teacher of Reiki, and Massage Therapist Holistic Practitioner.." Thank you to all who supported me on this journey and share it with me, and thank you to My beloved dad, may he rest in peace, for embedding the idea of Healing Touch and Massage to me as a child. To you who walk in to my healing space, "Healing intent goes where its needed." "I am truely dedicated to your comfort and healing.." I look Fowards to meeting and treating you. Love and Light,

"The breaking of the Cosmic Egg at the top of the Crown Chakra by the Kundalini results in the "electrocution" effect, as the 72 000 Nadis become infused with Light energy, fully activating the Body of Light. Furthermore, the infusion of the Light into the Chakras expands and optimises one's toroidal energy field (torus), whose geometric depiction is the Merkaba. It features two counterrotating Tetrahedrons whose rapid rate of spin forms a sphere of Light around the physical body, enabling the Soul (also of spherical shape) to leave the body at will. The Merkaba is a supplement to the Body of Light as each plays a critical function in providing the Soul with a vehicle for travel across the Universe and other dimensions of Space/Time through consciousness. The breaking of the Cosmic Egg can happen if you intentionally try to awaken the Kundalini, during a spontaneous awakening, or through Shaktipat. However, to awaken the Mind's Eye and expand it during the initial Kundalini rising, you must perform a proven energy cultivation technique to generate enough Prana coupled with a visualization meditation to blow open Ajna Chakra. Although we get Pranic energy from the Sun, we also receive it through oxygen intake. For this reason, all living Beings breathe air to survive. Air is a manifestation of Spirit, although at a lower Plane than the White Light underlying all existence. Prana can be stimulated in many ways, including the Yogic practice of Pranayama (breath control) and thereby increased to a more significant quantum. Visualization meditations with a sexual component can consciously generate Prana, and if it results in a Kundalini awakening, it can be powerful, as it was in my case." -Excerpt from "The Magus: Kundalini and the Golden Dawn" by Neven Paar

In a world where first impressions are often based on external factors, we sometimes forget to look deeper. Judging people based on their race, gender, religion, or appearance is far too common. Yet, true understanding and compassion come from looking beyond these labels. It’s important to recognize that someone’s worth is not determined by the surface-level traits they possess.

The real measure of a person lies in their actions and how they treat others. What truly matters is whether they are kind, thoughtful, and respectful. It's about whether they make the world a better place with their presence, not about fitting into predefined societal norms. In a world full of complexities, kindness and integrity should be the criteria by which we judge others.

By shifting our focus from external labels to internal values, we build a more inclusive and compassionate society. It starts with each of us deciding to not make snap judgments, but instead to observe and understand the humanity in everyone we meet. When we base our judgments on character, not preconceived notions, we open ourselves to a world of deeper connections and understanding.

Ever notice that the happiest countries on Earth all protect nature, fund education, and have strong social safety nets? It's not a coincidence. When nations prioritize the well-being of their citizens and the planet, happiness and harmony naturally follow. This connection between thriving societies and their respect for nature, learning, and collective care speaks to a universal truth: the more we nurture and protect what is sacred—both the Earth and each other—the more we create a world of peace and balance. How can we each play a role in building a system that values these pillars?

Terence McKenna’s message invites us to remember the vast potential within humanity. We exist in an age overflowing with possibility—where science, knowledge, and imagination are within reach. Yet so often, our direction is shaped by those disconnected from the wisdom that lives in all of us. What might happen if we truly stepped into our collective power? If those who lead with empathy and insight were the ones shaping our path? In times of division, it’s worth asking where we place our faith and how we use our shared gifts. Real change begins when compassion becomes our compass.
