I am a Psychotherapist, LMFT, International Life Coach, and trauma and grief specialist and wellness blogger. For over 35 years I have specialized in helping to support individuals, couples and families in dealing with life's transitions. I am dedicated to sharing my story and ideas on all forms of mental and spiritual wellness, as well as to helping others create and live the life they have envisioned. I specialize in trauma, grief and loss, depressive and mood disorders, anxiety and phobic disorders, chemical dependency and eating disorders. My practice services, but is not limited to, Westlake Village, Thousand Oaks, Newbury Park, Agoura and Calabasas. I believe that individuals, couples and families who feel broken or disconnected from themselves or each other need a vision towards wholeness and purpose.
