Surgery isn’t always the best fix.
🕐 One cyst.
✌️ Two failed surgeries (not by me).
✅ Zero relief—until this:
A 10-minute, scalpel-free procedure that flattened it for good.
I’ve seen patients go through painful operations, only to watch their cysts return.
One woman came to me after two failed removals. Stubborn. Deep. Kept growing back.
But I tried something different.
💉 I drained it
🌀 Broke up internal pockets
🔥 Injected cortisone to calm inflammation
🙅‍♂️ No scalpel. No stitches. No downtime.
💡 Why it worked:
• 🎯 Targeted the compartments other procedures missed
• ✋ Reduced inflammation to stop regrowth
• 🧵 Avoided scar tissue from surgery
🚶‍♀️ She walked out with a flat cyst and no pain.
Worried about repeat surgeries?
👩‍⚕️ Ask your doctor about ultrasound-guided cyst aspiration with cortisone.
Sometimes, less is more—with better results. 🧠✨

Still think stem cell therapy is hype?

50 elite athletes say otherwise.

🏈 Peyton Manning used it after neck surgery—and came back to win a Super Bowl
🏀 Kobe Bryant flew to Germany for PRP and extended his NBA career
⚽ Cristiano Ronaldo used it to treat his hamstring and stayed at peak form
🥊 Conor McGregor recovered from a torn ACL in record time
🏌️‍♂️ Tiger Woods had stem cell and PRP for his knee and won the 2019 Masters

These aren't small injuries. These are torn ligaments, eroded cartilage, and chronic pain.

And they didn't wait for miracles.
They flew across the world for better treatment.
Why?

Because bio-optimized stem cells aren’t legal in the U.S. yet.
They went to places like Germany, Colombia, and Switzerland—where stem cell therapy is years ahead.

Stem cells helped:

🔥 Speed up recovery
🔥 Avoid surgery
🔥 Regrow cartilage
🔥 End chronic pain
🔥 Save careers

And it’s not just physical recovery.
Gordie Howe had a major stroke and couldn’t walk.
After 100 million stem cells in his spine, he went fishing weeks later.

Even Olympic swimmers like Dara Torres regrew knee cartilage and got back in the pool.

So...if stem cells are working for the best in the world, why not you?

Is lupus caused by a virus?

Stanford researchers say yes.

Here’s what they found:

🧬 Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) can reprogram your B cells
🧠 It tricks your immune system into attacking healthy tissue
🔄 This process may trigger lupus in every known case
📉 Current treatments slow lupus—but don’t cure it
⚠️ About 5% of patients face life-threatening complications

Why this matters:

- EBV is incredibly common. Most adults have it.
- It stays in your body for life.
- This link changes how we understand autoimmune disease.

Roughly 20% of your B cells are already wired to recognize your own body. That’s not an error. It’s part of our immune evolution. But EBV hijacks that system.

If we target EBV early, could we stop lupus before it begins?

Stanford’s research points to a future where that’s possible.

No cure yet. But one step closer.

What do you think—should we screen for EBV earlier?

The hand is incredibly intricate, with 27 bones, 34 muscles, and countless tendons and nerves all working together for every small movement. When injury happens, getting motion and strength back takes time, precision, and care. Whether it’s a fracture, tendon repair, or nerve injury, my focus is always the same: helping patients get back to what they love, feeling strong, capable, and pain-free. 🤲🏻
