✨ Kate’s Endoscopic Deep Plane Facelift Recovery 👀✨
Kate came to see me because she wanted a sharper jawline and a more defined neck. She did not have excess weight or fullness. Her concern was structural and genetic, with early skin laxity. Filler had been used in the past to try to create definition in het jawline, but instead it added heaviness and widened areas that needed lift, not volume.
I recommended an endoscopic deep plane facelift to lift the deeper support structures while preserving the skin. This approach allowed me to restore her natural jawline angle and give het a neck contour without visible incisions in front of the ear, keeping the result balanced, feminine, and true to her features.
At this point in her recovery, swelling is still expected, especially in areas where filler was dissolved. This phase is temporary, and definition continues to improve as the tissues settle and soften over time.
Here’s what she underwent:
✅ Endoscopic Deep Plane Facelift
✅ Deep Neck Lift
✅ Deep Neck Contouring
✅ Removal of Filler
🧠 My Endoscopic Facelift is not a mini facelift. It’s a true deep plane facelift, performed through minimal-access incisions, without lifting skin in front of the ear. The work is done entirely in the deeper layers, preserving skin blood supply and facial fat while lifting the ligaments that actually cause sagging.
Thank you, Kate, for trusting me and for sharing your experience. ❤️
