Through regular, deliberate and personalized training sessions, Jacqueline helps clients learn to develop their unique neuromuscular pathways to connect brain to body, facilitating ‘mindful movement’ rather than habitual motion. This facilitative approach makes a sustainable difference in clients’ daily lives, where it matters most. Sessions are organic and client-specific—Jacqueline works with you based on your fitness level and needs each day and over the course of personalized program blocks. This philosophy is a fundamental paradigm shift from traditional gym-based training philosophies focused principally on a branded, programmatic, one-stop-shop experience in which the client is ushered arbitrarily, even robotically, from a non- customized ‘A’ to a predefined ‘Z.’ We know from experience that Life’s agenda often interferes with such an impersonal approach, frustrating the ostensible end. Instead, coupling keen intuition, perceptive awareness and the most current science, Jacqueline assesses each client emotionally and physically on a daily basis, working them no further that she thinks they can go on a given day; often, this proves further, by the end of the session, than the client first thought possible. Practiced regularly, this approach of slow-movement- onset-into-stronger-workout results in incremental but impactful, life-improving changes.
