So many teens feel like they have to stay quiet. They’re afraid of not being believed, of making it worse, or of losing someone they care about, even when it hurts.
That’s why Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month matters.
When we name the problem, we make space for healing. When we share resources, we remind teens they’re not alone. When we listen without judgment, we become part of the solution.
You don’t have to be a therapist to help, just someone who’s willing to listen.
