In nature, we find beauty, gentleness, and kindness. The flowers 🪷, birds 🦚, and the beauties of nature all speak of the Mother aspect of God. When we look at all the good things in nature and feel a tenderness rise within us, we are seeing and feeling God in nature. ⛰️

For the devotee, it is natural to worship God in some human aspect: as his Divine Mother, for example. The Father aspect of God represents that part which is aloof from His creation. The Mother is creation itself. 🌍

Divine Mother is so beautiful! But remember, in Her higher manifestation even that beauty is formless. She is in everything. Her divine, compassionate love is expressed in the raindrops. 💧
Her beauty is reflected in the colors of the rainbow. 🌈
She offers fresh hope to mankind with the rose-tinted clouds at dawn. 🌩️

Timelines and paths converged as fellow sisters came together to awaken the Goddess within. During this Goddess circle for the Winter Solstice, we were held in the magical embrace of the Egyptian Goddess, Auset (aka Isis - the Greek version). Through mythology, ceremony, setting intentions for the new year, journaling, divination, womb yoga, yoga nidra and sealing it with a beautiful oil anointing ritual. We were even blessed with a drumming session to awaken the elements from our dear sister, .lilee and an impromptu sacred song in Hebrew from our other sister, Michal. We also enjoyed ceremonial Blue Lotus tea to aid us in our meditations. 🪷

The magic flowed effortlessly, weaving through every sister as they offered their beautiful presence, set aside judgements, opened their hearts in vulnerability and received the medicine that came through with ease. We honored our birth portals as well as the great cosmic womb of the Holy Mother who births creation into form.

Many sisters expressed experiencing synchronicities, chills and deep remembrance. Their visions during the yoga nidra sessions held ancient frequencies that I’m still processing. 🌀

Mari-Isis/Divine Mother’s presence was not only tangible, but powerful. The room was rich with the energy of love, transformation and rebirth. 🌅

I am so grateful to have the opportunity to offer these sacred circles for those who feel the call and to continue to see returning faces each month their held. Please stay tuned for our next one in January. 🙏🏻

May all creatures in all the realms be infused with the transformational healing light of Divine Mother this solstice season. May we be reborn into wholeness, sovereignty and freedom. Blessed be. And so it is. 🌹

Yesss friends…. Soouul excited for this one! You can expect this goddess circle to be extra spicy and transformational as we prepare ourselves to move through the sacred gateway of the winter solstice where we’ll be working with the cycle of life, death and rebirth as the light of the sun “dies” on the longest night of the year and is “rebirthed”. We’ll do this through connecting with the Egyptian goddess Isis, who is known as the birther of light, or the Mother of God as she birthed her son/god Horus into the world after she resurrects her husband Osiris by “re-membering” him back together.

When we awaken our inner Isis, we remember our sacred femininity, our wholeness, and our magical wombs, while honoring our ability to birth life itself. 🌅

Here’s a little more information about her below, but be ready to dive DEEP in her myths through the magical lens of mysticism within this next circle.✨

As I mentioned in the video, the goddess Isis was sometimes called “Mistress of the Blue Lotus”.

She is often depicted in art as emerging from a blue lotus, which is seen as a symbol of rebirth and how the challenges of abiding in the trials of life - a.k.a the darkness of the primordial fertile womb (the mud from which the lotus grows) are essential for life to emerged into the light of consciousness. And is aligned with the goddesses role as the cosmic womb that births creation.

The blue lotus was valued for its ability to enhance intuition, lucid dreams, and create altered states of consciousness.

During our goddess circle these flowers will be offered as a ceremonial tea. It’s effects are subtle, but they will provide us gentle guidance for our Death & Rebirth Yoga Nidra meditation. 🪷

Through the breath of life, Isis resurrected her beloved, Osiris back from the dead and became impregnated through immaculate conception, birthing the new son, Horus. Osiris became king of the underworld and Horus became the new king of Egypt through defeating his uncle Seth (the god of chaos) in battle.

This story is deeply rooted of the mystical teachings of life, death and rebirth. Just as Osiris dies, the sun on the solstice also “dies”, becoming the longest night of the year. After this potent threshold, the sun/son/king becomes “reborn” through the sacred womb portal of the Mother - carrying the light of the Divine with it as the days begin to lengthen.

May we embody the transition of the solstice within our own selves, and release what no longer serves, while honoring our sacred wombs, allowing the Divine Light within to shine through.

Join me and my dear friend Valerie for a winter solstice ceremony on 12/20 from 6-8pm as we honor the elements, the rebirth of the sun and the Holy Light of the North/Pole Star. Receive inspirational reflections on the quality of light, followed by a Solstice Ceremony of Light to set intentions for this new cycle of the year and Pole Star chant. We’ll then move into embodiment practices for deep healing and restoration, including a restorative Yoga Nidra where we’ll enter into the portal of the North Star (or Third Eye), powerful Planetary Gongs, and Universal Song. We’ll close our circle with a healing prayer for humanity, Mother Earth and all who dwell on her. The breath of the Goddess was tangible during our November sister circle where we honored the Divine Crone within. 🧙‍♀️

Cailleach, the Celtic crone goddess we were working with is the bringer of snow. And she gracefully blessed us and made her presence known by offering the year’s first snow on the day of our gathering.
❄️🙏🏻❄️

Our ceremony included learning of the mythology and metaphysical meanings behind her archetypes & stories. We drew oracle cards, journaled & set intentions with a heart-opening cacao ritual to gain clarity around our relationship with our inner Crone, the shadows that are blocking us from fully embracing her and our sovereignty, and manifesting a clear path for us to step into it.

We practiced releasing these shadows and blockages while awakening the Goddess within through womb yoga - asanas, pranayama and mudras. 🧘🏻‍♀️

Once our body/minds were prepared, I led our sisters on a journey within the subconscious with a yoga nidra meditation to meet the Cailleach, face our shadows and receive her blessing. ✨

To further integrate healing and wholeness, we practiced a powerful self-love ritual and a flower offering to ourselves which brought several of our sisters to tears. 🤍

Prayers of gratitude, and group discussions were woven through.

This circle was one of the most potent and transformative ones I’ve offered. From the way each sister plugged in and received so beautifully, to the smooth and effortless unfolding of the whole event - I was left feeling the bliss, gratitude and warmth that comes from being attuned with your dharma.

I’m already working on our next one for December, which will be centered around the Egyptian goddess, Isis and the gifts she brings during the winter solstice. 🪽

The Divine Feminine is resurrecting through the heart and the womb - activating light codes of unconditional love and compassion. Especially to those parts of ourselves that are oppressed, denied and hidden out of shame or fear. This activation isn’t always easy and can bring us into the dark night of the soul in order for us to come out the other side. Like a caterpillar being squished into soup in order to transform into a butterfly. When we finally cave to the point to where our ego dies, the light of love is able to fully shine through. Allowing grace, acceptance and love to flow into these oppressed parts where it becomes the antidote to suffering - revealing deeper layers of authenticity, happiness and ultimately freedom. 🦋

The Celtic crone goddess, Cailleach (pronounced kal-yuhk), is not evil. She’s an essential aspect of Spirit breathed into the forms of myths, ancient stories, culture, and the land itself. She lives within our own psyches waiting to be activated and embodied. In pre-Christian times she was deeply honored and revered throughout Ireland and Scotland. The last standing shrine dedicated to the Cailleach is located in Perthshire, Scotland and is still actively used today. How do you honor your inner Crone?
