We’re celebrating with our Employee of the Month Anesia Cook, PCA!

Anesia started working at Terraces at Westminster in April and ever since, she’s been such a great asset to our team! She is compassionate, capable and considerate of the residents' needs. They enjoy having Anesia to care for them. She’s full of bright energy. She represents our core values of Excellence, Respect and Passion while inspiring our team members to go above and beyond daily.

When asked what she enjoys best about working at the Terraces at Westminster, Anesia replied with, “The residents are why I enjoy coming to work every day. Building relationships and connections amongst them is why I love this job”.

Happy Veterans Day to all of our beloved Veterans here at the Terraces at Westminster!

We celebrated them by throwing a party in honor of their service for our country. The other residents that aren’t veterans even came to participate to help celebrate our veterans!

It was so nice to see everyone socializing and smiles and hearing some of our veterans' stories about their boot camp experiences or life after military.

At the Terraces at Westminster, we strive to create peace of mind for our residents and their loved ones. We invite you to read the following testimonial below given by the daughter of our resident, Shirley King.

"From our first meeting, Allie was such a wonderful support as I was navigating finding their next living situation. Once we arrived, I was so pleased with the quality of care that both of my parents received. I feel blessed that your staff guided us through my Dad’s end of life. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the care and support your staff offered to us.

When we lost him, your staff fully embraced Mom. She was hugged by so many, and I know that the care she was shown helped her through the first days of her loss. I was lucky enough to have your staff checking up on me too. I cannot say enough positive things about your staff."

We are on one of our star residents, Ms. Viera Sabol!

Viera is from Czecho, Slovakia and used to be a Chemist and a Preschool Teacher. In her free time, she enjoys attending her favorite activities, helping orchestrate Bible Study, spending time off the community with her friend and volunteering at the soup kitchen.

Wherever help is needed, Viera is always willing to lend a hand. She plays an important role in all of our lives here at the Terraces at Westminster.

When discussing the joy of here at Westminster, resident Nicholas "Nick" Mondell shared the following, “You know, I’m really glad this club was created for not only us men but others that like to join! It is a little harder to play with others that don’t know how to play poker but Viki explains the game VERY well. We enjoy having Ms. Viki to be our card dealer and thank her for coming up with this group for us”.
