When I said some days all I have is 10 minutes (either logistically or even physically...a bit under the weather today), I WAS NOT KIDDING! You can hand yourself your own hiney on a dumbbell platter in only 10...TRUST! So, be creative, let it look different on the days it needs to, but make it happen!
