We can hardly contain our excitement! 🥫🍭 This holiday season, we asked our management council if they can build something gum-believable — and they delivered! From gingerbread dreams to candyland scenes, our teams sleighed this year’s CANstruction competition with soup-erb designs, serious skills and a whole lot of heart. The competition was fierce, the cans were stacked and the puns were plentiful. Our holiday CANstruction competition shows that creativity, teamwork and compassion stack up to something truly meaningful — donating hundreds of cans to support our amazing community. This is what a can-do culture looks like! 🥫✨

Thank you to our teams for bringing creativity, collaboration and community spirit to our holiday CANstruction competition. The winning team will be announced on Friday! (don’t worry, the others won’t get canned 😉)

The days and weeks after giving birth present a difficult transition and, often, exhaustion. But persistent feelings of sadness, anxiety and trouble sleeping could also be signs of postpartum depression. 💙

🙋 Our Postpartum Support Group provides a safe space for new moms to share experiences and connect with resources.

📅 The group meets every Thursday (except holidays) at 1 p.m. in the Carroll Hospital East Pavilion. Please call 410-871-7000 if you would like to attend virtually.
