Price List - (Effective 1st August)
This is the general price list for funeral services which is subject to change without notice.
"Prior to drafting any contract for goods and services, the responsible party or the decedent's survivor who is handling the funeral arrangements is entitled to receive a copy of any preneed agreement in the possession of the funeral establishment that has been signed and paid for, in full or in part, by or on behalf of the decedent."
The goods and services shown on the following pages are those we can provide to our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you select. This list does not include prices for certain items that you may ask us to buy for you, such as grave closing , opening, newspaper notices, clergy, musician. The prices for those items will be shown on your bill or the statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

PROFESSIONAL SERVICES OF THE FUNERAL DIRECTOR AND STAFF .......... $1075.00
This is the basic charge to each family which we serve for our professional expertise in assisting them. It includes, but is not limited to, a proportionate share of the taxes, licenses, utilities, and business expenses necessary to serve the public in a professional manner. Also included in this charge is the consultation with the family, clerical and administrative services, preparation and filing of necessary permits, consultation with the clergy, cemetery, crematory or common carrier, assistance with insurance papers, planning the funeral or memorial service and placement of obituary notices. There will be an additional charge for the direction and supervision of each service requested or required. This fee for our basic services and overhead will be added to the cost of the funeral you select.
Notice: This fee or a portion of this fee that pertains to the service you select is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, forwarding and receiving remains and traditional services.
EMBALMING AND OTHER PREPARATION OF THE BODY
Except in certain special cases, embalming is not required by law. Embalming may be necessary, however, if you select certain funeral arrangements such as a funeral with viewing. If you do not want embalming, you usually have the right to choose an arrangement that does not require you to pay for it, such as direct cremation or immediate burial.

This service only included: removal (within 30 mile service radius) embalming, basic service charge of funeral director and staff, transportation to commercial transit. If service requires additional charges, the fees will be discussed at conference with purchaser. This service does not include: merchandise used to ship remains on commercial transit such as : casket, combination containers or alternative containers also commercial transit charges and receiving funeral directors charges are not included.
RECEIVING REMAINS FROM ANOTHER FUNERAL HOME ..... $1520.00
This service includes: The basic services of the funeral director and staff, transportation from commercial transit (within 30 mile service radius) to funeral home or cemetery. Service does not include: Embalming, other preparation of remains, facility charges for visitation, funeral, memorial service, additional automotive expenses such as: flower vehicle, utility vehicle, lead car or limousine/family car, merchandise, casket, vault or grave liner, cemetery fees, opening and closing of grave, cash advances such as : paid obituary notices, death certificates, flowers, musician and ministers gratuities or any taxes.
DIRECT CREMATION PACKAGE ..... $1300.00 to $3050.00 (No Visitation, No Farewell)
If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative container encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The containers we provide are alternative containers and other cremation containers, including containers made of wood, containers made of fiberboard and containers made of other composite materials. This service includes Basic Services of Funeral Director and staff, Transfer to funeral home, Refrigeration, Cremation fee, Preparation and filing of necessary paperwork. This service is not included: cash advance items such as: cemetery fees, opening and closing fees, obituary notices when there is a charge for them, taxes or additional mileage charges for vehicles when conducting traveling outside 30 mile service radius.

Our charges for immediate burial (without any rites or ceremonies at the funeral home, graveside or elsewhere) included Basic Services of the Funeral Director and Staff, refrigeration, transfer of the remains to the funeral establishment, transportation of remains to cemetery or crematory.
Immediate burial with container provided by the purchaser ( all such containers must meet any applicable state or cemetery requirements) ..... $1650.00
