’Twas the night before Christmas, all through the Hub,
Big plans were in motion—each dream taking shape with a nudge.
Harmony the Elf had the blueprints laid neat,
With visions of healing from head down to feet.

It started out virtual—screens, calls, and care,
Healing from homes with intention and prayer.
Then came a small room, a place to begin,
Where in-person trust slowly settled within.

That space we were grateful for, steady and kind,
It helped grow the vision first held in the mind.
So many were helped, so much good took its start,
And that chapter will always live on in the heart.

With growth came clarity, steady and true,
A calling to build something deeply aligned and new.
Harmony listened, with wisdom and grace,
Choosing what honored the people and place.

Nurse Practitioner Michele stood steady and sure,
With vision held clear and intentions kept pure.
With science and soul in a practiced embrace,
She built care that protects both the people and space.

In stepped Nurse Ashley with warmth and with skill,
Already a light with a calm, caring will.
