We have an important update for our Connected Health Westminster family.

After many incredible years serving this community, we’ve made the difficult decision to close our Westminster clinic. Despite our best efforts, we were unable to secure a Doctor to continue operations at this location.

We are beyond grateful for every patient who trusted us with their care, and for the amazing team who poured their hearts into helping people live healthier, more Connected lives. You’ve all been a part of something special.

Our Connected Health Centennial location remains open and ready to welcome you with the same care and commitment you’ve come to expect.
