Karen B. Estrada is hosting One-on-One Somatic Stress Release sessions at Serenity + Sol, and honestly, your nervous system is already exhaling just thinking about it. 🧘‍♀️🌿
Wait, What Exactly is "Somatic Stress Release"? 🤔
Our bodies are naturally wired to process stressful events, but life usually doesn't give us the "time or space" to finish that cycle. When stress gets stuck, it shows up as:
Persistent pain or exhaustion 😴
Sleep disturbances 🌙
Anxiety or feeling "numb"
Low frustration tolerance (we've all been there!) 😤
These sessions are a collaboration between you, your body, and Karen. Depending on what you need, you might focus on deep restoration if you’re drained, or active movement, visualization, and "sounding" to finally complete those stress cycles. No two sessions are the same! ✨
