Welcome to Carroll Eye Care in Westminster. Dr. Helen Hooper and the Carroll Eye Care team strive to provide the finest in optometry services. We invite you to browse our website to learn more about our optometry services, and invite you to join our patient family by scheduling an eye exam appointment at our Westminster office. Carroll Eye Care is a full service eye and vision care provider and will take both eye emergencies as well as scheduled appointments. Patients throughout the Westminster area come to Carroll Eye Care because they know they will receive the personal attention and professional care that is our foundation. Dr. Hooper and our team are dedicated to keeping our patients comfortable and well-informed at all times. At Carroll Eye Care, we will explain every exam and procedure and answer all of our patient's questions.

📣Guess what??? 🥸 We are moving!! We have a great team that has been working hard to get our NEW office ready for YOU!!🔨🪚 Our new location will be at 1129 Business Pkwy South, Suite A Westminster, Md 21157. 🤓

We will be moving Friday, February 27th - Monday, March 2nd. During this time we will be seeing patients by appointment only. The optical side of our office will be closed completely during this time. Optical will reopen on Tuesday, March 3rd and will be operating as usual.👓🕶️

If you have an upcoming appointment scheduled on or after March 2nd please go to our new location. 🏘️

We can't wait to share this new space with you! 😎
