Our board-certified doctors (Dr. Weintraub, Dr. Kessler and Dr. Bittings) are trained in the most advanced techniques to diagnose and treat eye diseases and other conditions. For your convenience, we offer same-day emergency appointments and are open in the evening on certain days. We have been treating Carroll County residents for over 25 years in a professional and friendly manner, and we look forward to putting our experience and dedication to work for you.
