At Path to Peace Wellness we use Brainspotting to help clients gently process trauma and emotional blocks that feel stuck in the mind and body. This powerful therapy works by identifying eye positions that connect to deeper brain and limbic system activity, allowing you to access and release what has been held inside.

Brainspotting can help with trauma, anxiety, overwhelm, grief and long standing patterns that feel hard to move past. The process is quiet, grounded and supportive. You do not have to relive your trauma to heal from it.
