The New Year is the perfect opportunity to try something new! Join our 3 week Yoga Beginner Series, starting Jan. 8th. This series will cover common poses and teach basic alignment, as well as ways to modify or adapt poses for your body. Our informal setting offers a chance to ask questions while practicing and learning postures and breath work. This series will strengthen the knowledge and independence of each student to build confidence in their practice, both in the studio and at home. This series is designed for beginners or returning students looking for more detailed instructions and modifications for their practice. All ages and abilities are welcome. Flexibility is not required!
