I am so excited to offer another five week winter yoga session at Body Dynamics in Westmont! This month we will be focusing all on self-love in meditation, reflection and heart opening poses.

Winter is the time to slow down and conserve our energy. In our session we will turn our attention inword and fill ourselves up with the quality of love.
