💡 Why did I choose a LIRP over a traditional retirement plan as a single mom and business owner? Great question — and I’m excited to share! 🙌

When I first looked into retirement options, I wanted something that worked for me, not against me. Here’s why a LIRP (Life Insurance Retirement Plan) made the most sense:

It's time for some updates on services, prices, and packages!

Effective June 1st the base rate price for massage treatments will be increasing.

I am also offering a new "Stretch Session" treatment which I'm really excited about!

Also online booking should be available by June 1st as well! By that time, I will be relocated down closer to Cache Valley and the Weston/Preston Idaho area, so if you are in that neck of the woods let's get something scheduled for you and/or your horse!

Save 20% when you purchase a treatment package for 4 or more services! This is a really great option for those wanting consistent sessions. The In-Home fee will be waived for parties of 3 or more, so get some "Girls Night" or a "Home Spa Day" for your family set up soon!

*This price change refers to non-equine massage treatments only- Pricing for Equine appointments is staying the same at $80 for an equine massage for the near future.*

A little life\work update from your massage therapist friend 🫶🏻

I have taken a break for the past year or so from actively building my business and have been working primarily at in Rigby Idaho and .spa in Victor Idaho. For a hot minute I was working at Kunz Chiro as well, and also doing house calls for my regulars up in Teton Valley. It was a lot, and I felt a bit too stretched out so that's when I scaled back to just focusing on Hygge and Renew.

I took a break from teaching riding lessons as well, and haven't done a ton of equine massage lately but the warmer weather headed our way has me looking to take some riding lesson myself to freshen up my jumping skills, and get my horses better prepared for being student horses again at a future date. If you've got your own horse, would be happy to do some lessons and coaching\massage for you and your noble steed!🐴

Life on a personal note has been pretty good overall, with the typical ups and downs we all face as life never ever stops moving or slowing down. My next big change is a relocation to Cache Valley Utah, and I will be looking for and clients to serve in the valley and surrounding areas.

I appreciate the support and grace and understanding many of you have offered me over the past 18 months or so. I'm so grateful for my clients, friends, coworkers, bosses and the relationships and connections this career has brought into my life for the past 4 years.

One reason for moving to UT is to get residency for school so I can pursue my master's degree in Physical or Occupational therapy, so I can keep building upon my knowledge as a massage therapist to better serve and help others heal. I have really enjoyed being back in school, finishing my masters in Healthcare Administration and expect to graduate in 2026! 🙌🏻

I have openings for in-home massage treatments February 16th & 17th in Cache Valley.

Equine Massages are $80 per horse

60 Min is $85
75 Min is $100
90 Min is $115

Hoping to come down every couple of weeks between now and the end of May (which is when I'll be moving down there!) so keep an eye out for updates, or message me and put in some requests!
