Hey y’all.
Now that my maternity leave is officially over- I wanted to share my new schedule with you. It’s much shorter than the amount of classes I am used to teaching, which makes every class feel so full of intention and purpose.
I can’t wait to move and build with you, physically and mentally.

Early morning movement has been a saving grace for my body these past few months. Sometimes I come in and do big wiggles and large movements- most days though, I support my body with props and be real still. Both work, both feel good. This morning, with my hips elevated and low back arched on this block, and then adding legs up the wall… 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼
