I see quite a bit of patients, even more so after the pandemic coming in with mid back pain.

The mid back is often referred to in the medical world as the thoracic spine and more often than not, the BIGGEST cause of pain in the mid back is actually lack of THORACIC MOBILITY.

So go ahead and swipe and I am going to show you guys some exercises that can help improve your thoracic mobility and hopefully decrease the pain in the mid back.

follow up. This is a PRP injection treatment that we are doing to the lumbar facet joints.

We are treating back pain that comes from the small facet joints of the lumbar spine, from arthritis of those joints. Patients often complain of pain and stiffness in the lower back, worse in the mornings.
