Mudra has been one of my Dreams- create a place + space where people have an environment to reset, heal, recharge.
A location that has a calming, aligned, peaceful atmosphere.
Curated & unique clean beauty + wellness products. Conscious lifestyle products, working collaboratively with companies that that have integrity.
Taking a holistic approach. Mind•Body•Spirit.
The 1% rule, in leaving everything & everyone 1% better, to collectively build a higher vibration of existence.
Mudra is a part of my soul, a part of my purpose and alongside motherhood it has had an extended heartbeat of its own- nourished all the same as my own purpose of motherhood.

I love this place and I love the people who find their way here!

Life Lately.
A new location.

A summer flown by way too fast.

Entrepreneurship + mom-life + family + the balance of it all

Well in honesty it has been a bit of a rollercoaster.🎢
A lot of highs + extreme gratitude,
amazing opportunities, (thank you .weston),
humbling realizations, connecting with some phenomenal people, sunsets, rainbows, some new memories & nostalgic time with the the kids.✨

Many moments of clarity, the feel of flow & alignment.

In those moments I can’t help but be in awe, thankful, wanting to soak up every bit of the joy, wonder + nostalgia.

Feeling all the feels…Reflecting on how much, in hindsight, I am living a life I dreamed about & worked SO, SO perseverant and dedicated to help faithfully create.
In disbelief how far we have all come. In disbelief how far I have come.

Yet this journey has been mixed with extremely emotional challenging & hard moments paired with the lows of extreme stress.
In those moments of chaos, doubt, anxiety and abundance that feels more like massive overwhelm vs abundance… it’s impossibly difficult to find the gratitude for the discomfort… it’s more like a grin & bare it.

But above all there is still an internal burning faith in the face of the struggle, that keeps me going day in & day out.
I have a vision put upon my heart to continue to grow, as well as grow with this vision that is ever evolving.
I with every ounce of my soul believe in something bigger than myself.
GOD is at the wheel and I can’t wait to see what he will continue to have in store for this next chapter + the next evolution.

Define health.
I got into such a good conversation today and it was so thought provoking.

It really encouraged me to contemplate things. Lifestyle. Health. Re-evaluate just about everything .

At the core for me the question that kept surfacing was; define health.

Here are a few things I wrote down:
Health by dictionary definition is: the state of being free from injury or illness.

Q:So how do we get there, get to a state free of injury or illness
A:Prevention. Find balance.

Health in my knowledge, education and personal experience is- balance.

Fact- we are alive because of homeostasis. Homeostasis in short is balance.
We have health when pieces of the puzzle align to a balanced state.

What does health not mean-
Health is not a dollar amount. It is not a place or destination. It is not just a fitness routine. It is not just a diet. It is not just a product. It is not just a supplement. It is not just a practitioner.
These are just pieces of the puzzle.

Health to me;
is a collective balance of all of the above at the level you as an individual require.
Health lies on many levels, some beyond the physical. To achieve + maintain optimal Health all levels need addressing.
