Our Story

Compass Counseling Wausau, LLC-Weston Center is an outpatient mental health clinic dedicated to providing quality, caring, and confidential services to families, children, adults, and couples. We offer assessments and treatment, including court ordered, for a wide range of issues and concerns. Some common concerns people seek treatment for include: * Depression * Anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder * ADHD * Marriage counseling * Family conflict * Child and adolescent behavioral issues * Grief * Parenting concerns * Divorce adjustment * Eating disorders * Abuse issues Our therapists are also able to work with family doctors, psychiatrists, case managers, and any other support people our clients might have to ensure continuity of care and the best possible outcomes.
