Our Pilates instructors have a reputation for being the best in the biz and deliver customized training in group and private sessions including Pilates Reformer, Pilates Tower, Senior Pilates, Teen Pilates, and Prenatal & Postnatal Pilates. Thrive Pilates and Wellness is unique in that we offer the smallest class sizes of any Pilates studio in the area, with class size just 6 students or fewer! Our concept in creating a smaller, boutique studio is that each client will be given the attention and care they deserve. Small classes are far safer for clients and each movement can be monitored and corrected by our Certified Instructors.

Every Pilates program begins with a strong foundation in Matwork. The Level One Matwork Course (IMP) provides instructors with the foundation and skills needed to develop effective and motivating personal training programs and some group programming skills will also be covered. This course will enable instructors to design and teach the Level 1 (Essential and Intermediate) Matwork repertoire, integrating small equipment to add variety and meet the specific needs of clients. Course Fee: $1505 Course Materials: $195
