Ginger Martin, our incredible Leading Lady and WLB founder, graced our Class XIII session with her powerful story and wisdom.

Her journey of perseverance, her compelling why, and her courage to climb her own mountains reminded us that leadership isn't about the destination—it's about the climb itself.

Ginger's legacy lives in every woman who walks through our doors, inspired by her example of authenticity, resilience, and purpose. We are deeply grateful to have such a visionary leading the way and lighting the path for all of us evolving leaders.

What an incredible gathering! Our Women Leading Broward book club recently came together to dive deep into Brené Brown's "The Gifts of Imperfection."

In this powerful space, we embraced our vulnerabilities and authenticity—discovering that our imperfections are actually our greatest gifts. We learned to let go of self-doubt, show up boldly as we are, and share our unique gifts with the world.

This is what true community looks like: women supporting women, growing together, and celebrating the beautiful, imperfect journey of leadership.

We truly felt the energy and intention in the room as Women Leading Broward Class XIII began their leadership journey.

It was wonderful seeing everyone come together at orientation, ready to invest in themselves, discover their authentic voices, and connect with an inspiring community of Women Leaders in Broward.

Participants had a chance to meet Monica (Class Chair), Alex (Class Vice Chair), our amazing facilitators, and fellow Class XIII members.

Together, we kicked things off with a powerful Vision Board exercise to set intentions for the year ahead. The excitement and sense of purpose set the tone for a year of growth, connection, and impact.
