Hi everyone!

First, I want to say thank you so much for supporting my small business! It truly means a lot to me.

As my practice continues to grow, I will be making a small adjustment to my pricing. Beginning May 1st, my 60-minute custom massage will increase from $85 to $90.

This change allows me to continue providing high-quality, personalized care to each of you.

I hear this all the time:

“My body is broken.”
“I’m falling apart.”
“I’m just getting old.”

And I want to gently remind you, your body isn’t broken.

Bodies aren’t machines that fail when they make noise. They’re living, adapting, communicating systems. Chronic pain doesn’t mean you’re defective. It means your body has been working overtime, compensating, protecting, and trying to keep you going.

Every body is different.
Different histories.
Different stress loads.
Different injuries.
Different jobs.
Different nervous systems.

So of course they need different things.

Some bodies need more rest.
Some need strength.
Some need mobility.
Some need nervous system support.
Some just need to feel safe enough to let go.

Pain isn’t proof that you’re broken, it’s important information. And when we listen instead of judge, that’s when things begin to shift.

Your body has carried you through every hard season you’ve ever survived. That’s not broken. That’s resilient 🌸🩷
