💋 Lips aren’t always about adding more… sometimes it’s about refining structure.

In this case, she didn’t need bigger lips — she needed better support.

Over time, filler can naturally settle slightly above the lip border (this is called migration) depending on filler that is used initially. This is why it is very important to start off with structure support and this is a perfect example of that.

In this case, this patient do not have any filler prior and this was after 1.5ml of Volbella.

I’m 1st Gen Portuguese American and the proud owner of MB Aesthetics.

I bring 19+ years of experience in the beauty industry and 14+ years in the medical field, with clinical experience in pediatrics, internal medicine, cardiac, and trauma care, and 5+ years as an aesthetic injector. I’m trilingual and fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, allowing me to better connect with and care for a diverse community.

Beauty and medicine have always been my two passions — and at MB Aesthetics, they come together as one expertise, rooted in a deep passion for skin health and aesthetic injections. I’ve always had an artistic eye, with a lifelong love for art, sketching, and drawing — a foundation that influences how I approach balance, symmetry, and natural-looking results.

My vision is to create a space where you feel comfortable, seen, and supported — especially when discussing concerns that can feel personal or vulnerable. A place where questions are welcomed, conversations are honest, and you never feel rushed or intimidated.

I’m married, a mom to two boys, and a proud dog mom to Sheeba — who you may occasionally meet at the spa — and my cat Stormi. While my career, fashion sense, and love for makeup may say “girly,” I’m a tomboy at heart. I love rollerblading, snowboarding, fast cars, EDM, soccer, and just about anything active — I’ll always say yes to outdoor adventures. (Good thing I have boys 🤣)

I believe in enhancing your features, not changing who you are. Every treatment is personalized, intentional, and designed to help you feel confident, refreshed, and still completely like you.
