Hi All,
It's been a long time since I've posted on my business page. I haven't because I know it's important to be consistent and I was concerned that I couldn't be. After much thought and procrastination, I decided to post as often as I can, and offer help and information about ways to stay healthy, happy and joyful in the New Year. Some of my posts will be about Essential Oils and how to safely use them and incorporate them into your daily life. Some of my posts will be about Yoga and how a daily yoga practice can change your life in many, many ways and some of my posts will address the many benefits of regular massage. Massage is not a luxury as many believe. Western medicine is beginning to catch up with Eastern philosophies and have concluded that getting regular therapeutic massage is an incredible way to lower blood pressure, reduce stress, relieve aches and pains, promote better sleep and even help with weight release, plus a plethora of other benefits
I am taking a certification course at the beginning of March on Hand and Foot Reflexology for those of you who don't want a full body massage, Reflexology will be your next best approach to better health and vitality.
