HOW TO EDIT YOUR SELF-TAPE SUBMISSION

• LEARN HOW TO POSE •

Whether you’re a new model or actor or one who’s used to being in front of the camera, our POSE FLOW CLINIC with will help you get comfortable with moving on set and think outside of the box when it comes to poses.

In this clinic we go over the basics of lighting & angles, the differences between commercial & editorial, how to MOVE your body and face, and give you tips and tricks to make the most of being in front of the camera.

The non-refundable registration is $60, and spots are limited to ensure students receive personalized instruction and feedback.

Our fitness series hosted by .model.board coach will focus on enhancing both mental and physical well-being through structured workouts. These events will empower talent to prioritize self-care while connecting with like-minded individuals. By fostering a strong community, we will create a space where health, confidence, and camaraderie thrive while also giving back to local charities.

1st event: Pilates Classes ("Classic" & "Stretch & Balance")

▪️Class capacity: 14 per class (see below for class details)

▪️Participant age: 16+ (ages 13-16 with a parent or guardian present). 
All participants will be required to sign a waiver; participants aged 13-18 will need a parent or guardian to sign their waiver upon arrival.

Includes: Pilates grip socks for each student; Refreshments (veggie & fruit trays; spa water, iced coffee or tea)

Slow down the pace and refine your form in this crowd favorite BODYBAR class. A challenging workout that dives into the posture, form, and intention of each exercise. It’s a great place for beginners to start, experienced practitioners to revisit, and everyone to enjoy.

STRETCH & BALANCE 2pm-2.50pm 
Stretch & Balance is a slow-down class combining dynamic and static stretching along with movements that help improve balance, flexibility, and range of motion. Let’s come together with our core engaged and our mind focused.
