**Grilled Honey-Lime Chicken Skewers**

**Ingredients:**
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- Juice of 2 limes
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
- Lime wedges (for serving)

1. **Marinate the Chicken:**
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken cubes to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours for more flavor.

2. **Prepare the Skewers:**
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated chicken cubes onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece for even cooking.

3. **Grill the Skewers:**
- Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has a nice char.

4. **Serve:**
- Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges for an extra burst of flavor.
